9 to 11 years	IA	IN	150 m	4 km	1 km
12 to 13 years	IB	IO	300 m	8 km	1.5 km
14 to 15 years	IC	IP	400 m	10 km	2.5 km

Each member of a Sprint Relay team must be at least 15 years old. Each member of an Olympic Relay team must be at least 18 years old. Official identification must be shown at packet pickup. The age used to determine category placement is the athlete’s age on December 31, 2026.
